Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Valid government-issued ID may be required at entry
• Senior Citizen and PWD tickets require valid ID verification

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Park Rules

• Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to refuse admission
• Height and age restrictions apply to certain rides
• Outside food and beverages may be restricted
• Park hours and ride availability may change without notice

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

E-Ticket Delivery

Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please present the e-ticket (digital or printed) at the park entrance.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your visit to the park. Guests enter at their own risk.
